With a strong academic background that includes a Bachelor’s in Law, a Master’s in Political Science, a Master’s in Elections Administration, and a Doctorate in Law specializing in Legislative Drafting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.
Dr. Mwangangi has held significant leadership positions, including serving as Chief Electoral Officer, CEO of the Election Governance Institute, and Governance Advisor to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Her extensive experience in election management, governance reform, and legislative frameworks positions her as a key asset in the development of comprehensive operations policy and procedures manuals for electoral bodies.
Her work has been instrumental in strengthening election processes, ensuring transparency, and improving governance structures. Dr. Mwangangi’s unique blend of legal, political, and electoral expertise makes her a highly regarded figure in the field, capable of driving strategic initiatives that advance democratic practices and governance standards.
