In 2020, MICG was tasked with developing three crucial policies for the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP), including the Human Resource, Finance, and Corporate Communications policies. These policies were designed to streamline operations, enhance accountability, and ensure compliance with regulations within ORPP.
The Human Resource policy focused on employee management, recruitment, and development, while the Finance policy established guidelines for financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
The Corporate Communications policy aimed at improving communication strategies, both internally and externally, ensuring that ORPP’s activities were effectively communicated to stakeholders, thus enhancing transparency and engagement. These policies played a significant role in improving the efficiency, accountability, and professionalism within ORPP.
