In 2019, MICG developed a comprehensive Strategic Plan for Mandera Municipality, aimed at guiding the municipality’s growth and development over a specified period. The strategic plan focused on enhancing service delivery, infrastructure development, governance, and citizen engagement.
It provided a clear roadmap for the municipality’s operational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with both local and national development agendas.
