MICG conducted an induction training for internal auditors in the Mandera County Executive in 2019. The training provided new internal auditors with the essential skills and knowledge needed to conduct audits effectively and ensure financial transparency and accountability.
The program focused on auditing techniques, financial reporting, and the importance of upholding governance standards, helping strengthen Mandera’s internal controls and fiscal responsibility.
