MICG facilitated a capacity-building program for the Mandera County Budget and Economic Forum in 2019, aimed at enhancing the forum’s ability to contribute to the county’s budgeting processes.
The training focused on financial management, prioritization of county projects, and effective economic planning. By strengthening the forum’s understanding of fiscal management, the program helped improve decision-making, foster accountability, and ensure that resources are allocated in alignment with Mandera’s developmental goals.
